Containment:  

Installation of "Deep Root" underground rhizome barrier allows growth only in specified areas.

Rhizome barrier is High Density Polyethylene Plastic (HDPE).  An example of HDPEs primary  use is as Geo Membrane.   The plastic serves as a liner in the construction of landfills.  Tough stuff.

Removal/Disposal:  

According to each job's specifications, refuse bamboo materials are removed from the site and disposed of.

Grove Maintainance: 

Grooming and Trimming

• Debranching, branch trimming. 

  • Once a branch is trimmed it never sprouts new branches or extends growth

  • One advantage to trimming branches is that the leaves come in fuller and thicker, making for better privacy screens, while not requiring a dense growth of culms. 

• Thinning
  • Selectively removing culms, dead growth and dying culms (the word for the bamboo pole while in the ground), spindly, congested, or crowded growth, .
